Conflict Resolution
I went through an expirience recently with one of my classmates being judgemental of me and finding a way to work through it first defending my position in the heat of the moment and then having a mediated conversation. I detail what she said and how I handled it in the attached document.
Micro-Focus Exercise
This was an exercise we did in Foundations class where we needed to take statements that had an underlying need but the person was not expressing it well. So when a person it upset it is almost always because they had an unmet need and this exercise helped us learn to listen deeper to what they MEANT instead of what they SAID.
